Remember to read a little each day, you can read your class book or you can listen to an audio book using the link below. There are lots of free stories and they're fantastic to listen to. I'd recommend you starting with some of the books on the 'elementary' or 'tween' pages and then explore from there.

Remember, just with a normal book, you don't have to listen to the whole thing in one go. I often listen to an audio book while I'm doing something around the house, such as tidying up or doing a puzzle. They're also great to listen to on walks or car trips! I hope you enjoy the selection they've offered.

In our English learning at home this week we're going to do a mixture of grammar lessons and some lessons based on the book 'The boy, the mole, the fox and the horse' by Charlie Mackery. You may have already read this one, I was lucky enough to get a copy of the book for Christmas and it's beautiful. If you haven't read or seen it before you can either watch the Youtube video of it being read below or you can listen to the BBC radio reading of it, where the reader describes the pictures so beautifully that it's worth listening to.
