In order to help you prepare for the DnT lessons, the lessons contain the following tasks.
You do have a choice of different activities to complete, not all of them involve cooking.
Lesson 2 - Making meat balls, or design a balanced vegetarian meal which contain enough nutrients.
Lesson 3 - Make a sandwich or jacket potato with a fish or vegetarian alternative meal. Or alternatively you can design something to advertise the 'Fish-free Friday' campaign.
Lesson 4 - No cooking today unless you want to. Design a meal using only locally sourced food. If you want to, you can have a go at making the meal after you've planned it - that's up to you though.
