Eat Well, Live Well! Lesson 3 (Friday) - Time to get active! In this lesson, we are going to be learning about the importance of exercise through the help of a very special guest! The lesson will involve getting up on our feet and measuring our heart rate before and after exercising. Our guest will then tell us how much exercise we should do everyday - you might be in for a shock! To finish the lesson, we will be creating our own exercise timetable which we can use in school to help us stick to exercising regularly!
