WALT: Recognise how to improve our wellbeing


Start by watching the introduction to the five steps to wellbeing:

  • Connect with others
  • Be active
  • Give to others
  • Take notice
  • Keep learning


Then find out what happens inside your brain when you experience these feelings.


You can then complete one or two of the challenges below:

Challenge 1. Write three new month resolutions to help your wellbeing. What are you going to do this month to help your own well being?

Challenge 2. Create a how to book to help other people to look after their own wellbeing. Explain the five steps and then give some examples of things people can do to help themselves. You could explain what happens in your brain when you're trying to do these things.
