Class 6 visit Westminster

Class 6 visited The Houses of Parliament on March 5th. They enjoyed a fabulous tour of the 'Palace of Westminster' and both 'Houses' and then enjoyed a workshop on 'democracy in action' making up their own law, debating it and then voting on it. We even had our own Prime Minister, Leader of the Opposition and Speaker of the House. The children demonstrated superb knowledge of the parliamentary process and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
