Welcome to Maths at St Katherine's Primary School and Nursery

Year 6 mathematician:

'Maths is really important, you need maths now and you will always need it.'

Year 5 mathematician:

'Maths is everywhere - not just in the maths lesson. You can see it all around.'

Year 4 mathematician:

'Maths is fun , it is about patterns really.'

Year 3 mathematician:

'Maths is fun, challenging, enjoyable and exciting.'

Year 2 mathematician:

'Maths is challenging but fun.'

Year 1 mathematician:

'Maths makes my brain think.'

EYFS mathematician:

'I love maths, it's fun.'
