‘s’ – slither down the snake

‘a’ – around the apple and down the leaf

‘t’ - down the tower, across the tower

‘p’ – down the plait and over the pirate’s face

‘i’ – down the body, dot for the head

‘n’ – down Nobby, over his net

‘m’ – Maisie mountain mountain

‘d’ – around the dinosaur’s bottom, up his tall neck and down to his toes

‘g’ – around the girl’s face, down her hair and give her a curl

‘o’ – all around the orange

‘c’ – curl around the caterpillar

'k' - down the kangaroo's body,tail and leg

'ck' - special friends

'e' - lift off the top and scoop out the egg

'u' - down and under, up to the top and draw the puddle

'r' - down his back, the curl over his arm

'h'  - down the head, to his hooves and over his back

'b' - down the laces to the heel and around the toe

'f' - down the stem and draw the leaves

'l' - down the long leg

'j' - down his body, curl, dot for his head

'v' - down a wing, up a wing

'w' - down, up, down, up

'x' - down the arm and leg, repeat the other side

z/zz - zig-zag-zig

qu -  round her head, up past her earring, down her hair and flick

ch - special friends. The horse sneezes when the caterpillars hairs get up his nose

sh - special friends. Shhhh says the horse to the hissing snake

th - special friends. thhhh The Princess in the tower is rescued by the horse. She says: thhhhank you

ng - special friends. A thing on a string 

nk - special friends. I think I stink!

ai - special friends. snail in the rain

ee - special friends. What can you see?

igh - fly high

oa - goat in a boat

oo (long) - poo at the zoo

oo (short) - look at a book

ar - start the car

or - shut the door

ur - nurse with a purse

ow - brown cow

oi - spoil the boy

ear - hear with your ear

air - that's not fair

er - a better letter
ure - sure it's pure

ay - may I play?

oy - a toy for a boy
